Saturday Wordzzle challenge is hosted by RAVEN Anyone new to the process can refer back here to find out how it works
These words seemed a bit difficult. Normally I get a connection between the words quite quickly. These words not the case, or it could be that summer makes things seem busier and trying to fit it in between events.
I played with the hillbilly name generator for a bit, thinking a name might help. This was found at Thom’s Place, which I found through Portrait of Words one of Dr. John’s places.

Ten Word Challenge: sober, spoilage, knight, laugh and the world laughs with you, peak, blueberries, owl, drugstore, lampshade, keyboard
Shelby entered the drugstore on her way to pick blueberries at LazyBrook farm. She raised an eyebrow at the lampshade with a keyboard pattern. Reading the magazine covers; Win A Role on Knight Rider , Reach Your Peak and stay Sober on the way. Shelby selected the magazine that read, Laugh and the World Laughs With You, so on her breaks she could do more than stare at the Owl decoy, set in place to reduce small bird and rodent Spoilage in the field.

mini challenge: economy: Economy, Michael Jackson, ladder, clue, structure
She did not have a clue how to read the ladder structure price grid. She did notice that Michael Jackson CD’s were not located in the economy section.
Mega Challenge
The summer job was to compensate for the Economy sucking away her allowance. Shelby had no clue it would be so Hot. Wearing a lampshade, would have offered more protection than this visor, Shelby chuckled as she imagined herself in the field wearing the lampshade from the drugstore. It’s a good thing the structure of the bushes doesn’t require a ladder, I ‘d look like a lamppost. Laugh and the world laughs with you, or at you? Shelby gave another chuckle and adjusted the volume on the Michael Jackson tunes. The screech of the keyboard was now louder than the owl, which was like a knight standing guard over the Blueberries. The decoy allowed more berries to reach their peak, less spoilage and more sober birds.

Sarah wanted me to take a picture of the moss beside the road. I took a picture and tried to keep moving on. so I would not have to explain the Butt garbage.

I forgot to put next weeks words in there you can find them at Ravens. Let me know if you like SHelby.
You're missing something essential about hillbilly names -- you always use the first AND middle and run them together in your mind. I know this because my mom is a Linda Ann from Arkansas . . .
Loved the use of the words though!
Well done as usual, Heather. You write so well!
You probably needn't have worried about the butt garbarge if she wanted you to take a photo of the moss. She probably really didn't notice it.
My garbage is here.
Well and cleverly (and concisely) done, as always. I think the 10 word was my favorite.
The second one may have been the most creative I've read all day.
Liked the continuation of the first one in the third.
Well done.
You did a great job, I particularly like the 10 word challenge. :)
The 10 word was fluidly written, a joy to read. Enjoyed them all.
